There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. Reindeer aren't wild animals. They are very social and
enjoy working with people. Did you know one female reindeer can pull a 500 lb. sled for more than 40 miles in a single day?
The Vail area is almost identical in climate, both in the summer and winter to reindeer's natural habitats in Scandinavia, Reindeer grow specific coats to fit the seasons, to cool off or stay warm.
